I agree....as a stewdent of History....I've often learnt that the best place for history...is in the past!

The Dis is a wonderful place to meet wonderful people...and yet....all of us need to be mindful of the goals/needs of the management of the site.....if for no other reason than to appreciate all that Pete does for us....he...and "the dis" gives us a wonderful happy place to gather and meet....it is only fitting and proper that all of us...individually happily accept the guidelines and limits placed upon us..in return for the opportunity to have such a wonderful place (without charge) to share all the information and friendships that we do!

Nothing in "life" is perfect. But...if we all are accepting of each other...and willing to live within certain "community standards"....then...IMHO .... the "dis" comes pretty close!

I really have no idea what this is about but I always try to be nice because it is really immature to attack a person because you don't agree with them. I truly believe if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. This has got more curiosity up tho, I don't want to rehash anything but if someone would pm me just to tell me what this is about.
