Okay, so I finally made the perfect avvie and I want to submit it into iconator. Problem: It's about 3,000 KB over the 50,000 KB limit. Can anyone help me? Here it is:

here you go, i reduced the image by about 50%! and you can barely tell the difference from the original

I don't have Photoshop or anything fancy like that... I have paint lol

if anyone else is having trouble with their GIF images, talk to me about it and i will try and help you

Awesome! How'd you do that, though? I'm afraid it's happened with another and will need to use it in the future.

glad to help.. it is pretty complicated on how to do it but basicly take some color out of the pallet and add some dither. You can just notify me if you need help again.

How did you make the glitter images in paint? That's all I have as well. Man, did you see the prices for photoshop? DOOD.

Well thanks coolaronie! Okay so, you take the colour from the palette and..? Is it the same shade from the picture? Then you ..?

Heh I use a site to make glitter pics My friend sent me a program but it expired lol
