Could a CM have wrong info about reservations?

I have been working with a TA for a possible Feb 2014 trip 2nd-12th at POP. I called WDW reservations to check to see if I had a PIN code. The CM asked if he could check my dates, so I figured I'd let him run it as I've never used a TA before. He proceeded to tell me that there were absolutely NO Values or Mods available.

I can't imagine the hotels being full during this slow season...and the TA has not mentioned that to me.

What do you think? Is WDW packed during this time or did the CM have his info wrong?

Yup.

Also possible the TA was mistaken.

Also possible that the rooms ARE all booked...
but that would be a bit unusual, I'd say.

Its probably just one of your nights that's causing the problem at each resort. Probably a date closer to the end because that's closer to valentines day. It's not that every value and moderate is booked from the 2nd to the 12th

I just checked the Disney website for reservations at POP for the dates you stated and all 4 room types are available for those dates.

Yup.

It's possible that the CM said something like, "All those Value rooms are already booked."

Meaning those rooms available with a PIN, but not all the resort rooms, in general.

1) CM's never make errors or mistakes.
2) But, sometmes we are a little weak on accuracy.

That is definitely not slow season! A lot of schools have winter break at that time. As for there being absolutely no rooms - I highly doubt it. Call back.

Cm's are full of wrong info. You could call 5 times ask the same question and get a different answer each time. DCL is not much better.

Exactly what I was going to say. Perhaps you do have a pin code and there aren't any mods or values available under the offer in your pin code. Maybe some miscommunication there.

OP said Feb 2-12th. Winter break usually occurs over the third week of February when President's Day is. Early Feb should be relatively slow, save for a cheerleading competition or two.
