Cots Available

Does anyone know if cots are available at AKL Kidani Village. We have a one bedroom villa and five people. I know the room is set to accomodate 5 but I was hoping not to have two people share the sofa bed since they tend to be uncomfortable as it is.

They won't provide a rollaway in the villas.

if you are driving, bring an inflatable mattress.

Is this true even with a cash reservation?

It's irrelevant for me (only a family of 4), but I'm just curious...

Yep, even with a cash reservation. The DVC villas do not have cots.

Yes. It has been explained on previous threads that it is because of the microwave oven and/or stove. If the villa needs to be evacuated quickly a cot/rollaway bed could impede egress.

We were able to get an air mattress for my nephew at SSR in a one bedroom last April. IIRC it was $20 per night - fine for a 12 year old but not sure it would be ideal for an adult.
