We will be in MK October 31, not for the Halloween Party but in the morning/afternoon. Are costumes OK during the day of MNSSHP?

Disney’s Park Rules are in effect for October 31; costumes can only be worn by guests 13 years of age or younger.

Good information. Add't question: If you ARE staying for the Halloween Party that night, can you wear your costume (an adult that is) during the day or do you have to change up when the party begins?

Party Guests are allowed into MK at 4:00p - that’s when the costume rules for adults attending MNSSHP go into effect.

They are.
The Disney Parks App will update you on them, and the current stock (though I hesitate to say current stock because I've yet to find it actually be current.
