Costume Help!

So, I need help picking a Halloween Costume, and I was wondering if you all would be willing to provide your two cents!

I am a boy, around 5'11"
I need something simple that can be thrown together last minute, and takes minimal effort
My friends take Halloween very seriously so I can't just dress up in normal clothes and hold a sign that says something funny
I don't want to buy anything

Any Ideas?

My friend took a piece of poster board and made a LEGIT mclovin drivers license. He cute out a hole where his face would go and walked around carrying that around. On the other side it said Kissing Booth and had the hole that he could hold up as well. Either one would work, and I thought it was cute.

Hmmmm, I can't really think of anything else that is fast and quick. Maybe a lifeguard? do you have any t-shirts from the y? plus red shorts flip flops, sunglasses, and a whistle.

My brother got a big card board box and some plastic cups and made a Lego box thingy, and cut a hole for the head and arms. is was perfect! I always thought that Merlin from sword in the stone was a good costum too, but have never been able to do it. Have fun!

A while ago I was cruntched for time (litarally making my costume ON halloween night) and I got a white shirt an old sombrerro a guitar, and painted black sharpie mustache, and there you go, Mariachi Man (I actaully won the mall halloween costume contest)
