Costume Help needed, Katy Perry

Costume Help needed, Katy Perry, California Gurls. This is DD's costume choice this year. She has the basic dress made, and she knows the following items are on it:
ice cream cone
cupcake
red wrapped candy (left hip)
blue wrapped candy (back of right hip)
2 red and white swirls that I think are Christmas mints, she says candy cane
blue bead like things, top right side.


the problem is that we can not get a clear picture of what else is on the dress, particularily whatever is right over the belly button.

Can anyone with a better computer screen/tv/eyesight help us out?

LOL I kept spelling it "gurls" the way she does for the song. Much better results when it is spelled "girls", Thank you.
