Costco travel

So I have been looking at their packages and I have a question. I am going 11/30-12-4 and was wondering if they come out with room discounts will they let me change the room to the lower price? I know I might be able to save a little by doing everything ala carte but I really like that I can make payments on the package.

Last year, a week before our trip a package discount came out, and we were able to apply it to our previously paid for trip by paying a $50 change fee. If it hadn't been paid in full then we could not have incurred the fee. AFAIK. Saved us A LOT of money.

When we book our trip that we took in Dec they said we could. If it was after the 30 day mark or how ever days before we had to pay before our trip we would have a change charge if it was before then there was no charge. I waited until I had to pay for the trip to pay. Just in case the price went down.

Its the same policy as Disney (you are actually booking with a Disney rep if you call or through Disney's site online). There is a change fee within 30 days. I think its $50 unless its within 2 weeks then it may be more.
