Costco Travel phone & site troubles...

Has anyone else noticed that you can't get Disneyland information on the 800# anymore, and when I click on the link from their site, it brings me to a blank page? It's as if they aren't really wanting us to book it! Weird...if anyone else is having this issue, please let me know, I wonder if I'm doing something wrong?

I have been getting the "blank" blue screen too when I try to get pricing for Disneyland packages thru Costco. It is a big bummer. The folks on the phone are friendly but it takes forever for them to input all my info and to get a price when it takes only a minute or two to do it online myself.

I just called using the number off of the travel home page (877-849-2730) and you need to select option #2 - Vacations - and then it will give you the option to select Disneyland (after it lists a bunch of other destinations).

Thanks! I actually closed out my multiple tabs, rebooted my computer, then I was able to get back in! The funny thing is...I noticed that when I called their 800# at least with the # I have, it doesn't allow me to select Disneyland anymore, so I will check to see if it's the same one you have and try again tomorrow!

I just tried online and was able to get to the Disneyland stuff on their website.

Had the same prob about 3 wks ago- tried booking online via my phone and it just hourglassed, never gave me a confirmation, no email that it worked, nothing. So, naturally I tried again. Same issues. Imagine my surprise the next morning when I have 2 emails confirming my booking and my credit card was charged twice! Called the 800 number, no Disneyland option in the automated system, I chose Hawaii just to get a human on, and I'm all of the sudden in the menu to chose Disneyland! I press it and it disconnects! This happened 3 times! I finally spoke to someone about all of the issues, didn't seem concerned in the least and told me it would take 6-8 wks for my card to be credited. Really frustrating experience considering I've had zero issues booking in the past.
