"Hidden Mickey" Ring and earrings at costco in the jewelery section. They are both heart shaped with diamonds on the outside and three sapphires in a hidden mickey shape on the inside. They are VERY nice and a little pricey (so I wont be getting one). I dont know if all the costco's carry them, but the one in Kennesaw, GA has them.
