I'm not in Minneapolis but at the 2 Costco warehouses that I go to in Maryland they each have a large 4 sided stand of sorts with various deals for gift cards on them. If I were to guess on their size I would say the stands are 8 or 10 feet square. They are in different locations in each store (and sometimes they move them around). The Costco that I went to yesterday also had some cards for Spa Finder, Movie Tickets, Forever postage stamps, a show starting in April at the Kennedy Center, Baja Fresh and some other local restaurants along with the Universal deal. The carboard cards that hang on the stand are large (maybe about the size of a piece of legal paper). You take these large cardboard cards to the register and after you pay for them you take the receipt to the office where they lock these things up (also where they keep the cigarettes in Maryland) and they will get you the actual tickets. If she can't find it I'm sure any employee would be able to direct her to the location. (I called first before going to be sure they had them.)
