Costco package- how does it arrive?

We got ours a few days ago...totally plain brown box on the outside.

Perfect, thx! Its a Christmas present for the kids. They pretty much already know but I'm still trying to keep it surprising.

It's a brown envelope and you will need to sign for it. UPS typically calls the night before to give you a heads up.

I have gotten mine in a UPS mailer and it was left outside my door and was there when I got home from work.

Why do they bother sending documents? It is 2011? Don't they just scan the pattern on your phone now days? Last few times I've been at the airport in Seattle no one had paper boarding passes. TSA was just was scanning people's phones.

LOL! I don't have a fancy phone yet. I need my tickets! Are the souvenir tix from costco plastic cards? It worked out that getting a package was a better deal for us this trip, so the little extras are perfect since it is a gift.

Yes they are the plastic cards.

Both times mine have arrived I had to sign for them. The most recent was the end of August for our Sept visit. The first day they tried to deliver them I was picking my son up from school and they left a note saying they were trying to deliver and when they would be back the next day. I was there the next day and did have to sign for it. Hope you have fun.

I'm glad they come ups. Our ups delivery is late evening, when we are always home. And signing for it guarantees I grab it and not my 9 yo dd, who likes to get our mail and inspect any packages that might arrive. She wouldn't open it, but she would sure read who it was from. I thought about getting it sent to my mom's, but I didn't want to risk any future pin codes being sent to her and not me, lol!
