Costco or Sam's Club

Is there a Costco or Sam's club along the way from the airport to WDW? I've thought it might be nice to pick up some family size entrees to fix on a few nights when we don't feel like eating out.

I dont know about that, but their is publix not far from going throught the back of Down town disney resort hotel areas. E mail publix for their locations, i am sure that hey have family size meals. It is really not that far I just dont know how to get there.

Yes There is a COSTCO on the way from the airport. The Costco web site has a finder link which will give you a map and address.

There is a Costco. I don't have the instructions from the airport. From Disney if I can remember right you ( we did this from OKW) you go out to 535 from downtown disney I think this is called Winter garden Vinland. make a right, go down to International drive (sr 536) and make a left. A little ways down International drive will bear left. You go straight, this is the entrance to toll 417. You get off at the second exit (exit 11). It is a $1.00 toll. Make a left onto us 17 It is on the nw corner of us 17 and Waterbridge Blvd.

The distance from the right turn onto 535 to Costco is about ten miles.

If you are coming from the airport, take Bee Line (528) and get off at us 17. I have no idea what the signs say. The ramp will exit onto CR 527a. Make a right and when you get to us 17 (a little over a tenth of a mile) make another right. total distance from exit to Costco is about 2.5 miles.

You can go to the Costco sight and get the address, then go to mapquest and put in the origin and destination address.

I don't know if there is a Sam's Club on the way to WDW from the airport but there is a Sam's quite close to the World. Drive down Hotel Plaza Blvd toward Crossroads Shopping Center. At the traffic light (Crossroads is directly in front of you), turn right onto 535. Follow 535 all the way to route 192. Turn LEFT onto 192. Sams Club is a few blocks up on your left side. There is also a Super Target just before you get to Sams.

There are also 2 BJ's Wholesale Clubs in the area for those of you with BJs memberships.

Sams is about a mile north of Costco on Orange Blossom Trail (OBT). Address is 9498 S OBT. Both are on the left hand side of the road as you drive north on OBT. You can't miss either.

We just came back from a trip to WDW and we stopped at Costco on the way. At our Costco in IL, we get a great big bottle of Margaritas for about 10.00. We thought since we were on vacation we'd stop and get a bottle or two to sip on the patio. But as far as we could see, they didn't have anything but wine and beer. Not even any wine coolers.

Costco closed down their liquor sales here in GA several years ago...not exactly sure why. I guess it's the same in FL. They still have beer and wine. They used to have the margarita mix tubs...but you provide your own tequila.

So the OBT Costco does currently sell wine and beer?
