Costco members alamo rate went down again!!!!

The Alamo rates for may using alamo through the costco.com links went down again! I am getting a minivan for the week of May 7-13th for $117 after taxes!!!! Other months have been reported equal savings. Just thought I would share

Was there a special code or anything in particular you did to get that rate. I am trying for June 3-12th and I got a rate of $337 with taxes/fees ($220 for the week, plus $36 per day for the extra 2 days).

i did it too for your dates and got the equinox for $255 after taxes and the minivan for $370 after taxes. all I can say is keep checking everyday like I did. It went down then up then down again.

I can't seem to get the discount, our dates are for 6/3-6/9, it says these dates
do not qualify. Is this correct?

That amount of time must not be considered a week, so the coupon does not apply?

Wow - that's a great rate! What do you have to present when you arrive at the counter?

I received a quote of $177 for May 5-13 (1 week, 1 day, 2 hours) total for a mini-van. $46 in taxes and fees though - ouch.

Does Alamo have a program that allows you to bypass the counter? We typically use National's Emerald Aisle when we rent.

I followed the link, entered my dates (Dec 16 - jan 6), it states coupon will be applied and still get a price of US$ 1011.

Any advice????

Not only did this code knock another $25 off our rental of a minivan, but it added one additional driver for free!

The coupon says rental of at least 5 days, valid thru 12/31/06, blackout dates may apply. So if you are having a problem, it may be that your request doesn't meet all these criteria.

I have a quick question. Since I already have a Alamo reservation, can I add the coupon to it? How can this be done? Do I go to Modify to add the coupon.

My fear is, we have reserved Alamo for "Thanksgiving week" for a great price of 190.00 Equinox. I don't want to screw up, without asking you all first.
