I just went to Costco and received a coupon for a US Adult Dive Travel Kit (5 piece) for an additional $12.00 off. They are usually $37.99 but with the coupon they come out to $25.99. This is a great deal! The coupon is good March 15th through March 21st.

Yes...you have to have a Costco Membership to buy anything at their warehouses (except prescriptions). I shop there at least once a month, stock up on paper goods, snacks, juice, water, detergents, etc.

I purchased this kit yesterday. It includes snorkel, mask, 2 fliipers and a backpack. It is a great deal (since it cost approximately $25.00 to rent equipment at CC). I have not opened the package yet but it looks like it is high quality.
You have to be a Costco member to purchase them item.
I can't wait to use it.

You're right FanofDis, my understanding is US Dive is a very reliable brand.

FYI - Target has Speedo 5 piece snorkel sets for kids & juniors for $14.99 and $16.99 (regular prices). They have the "aviator" style masks, which are supposed to be better for young narrow faces (per the package).

I know the junior set for older kids comes with (is packaged in) a mesh drawstring carry pack. I don't remember what the littler kids one comes with for transport (in fact it might just be a 4 piece set w/no carry pack).
