costco/freedom equals disney GC

if Im understanding this right this months bonus with the chase freedon card is for ware house clubs like costco and sams

we have a freedom and my DD has the costco so if her and me shop together can I or she buys for me

disney gift cards

what kind of discout do you get on these

thanks I never used these places to get GC and every bit helps

edit: should mention, that if you do buy it online, you might have to wait awhile for it. I bought a Tmobile GC off their website and its still in hiatus for a week already...

I have not seen disney cards at costco either only sam club currently you can get 5% off from t he club and 5 % back from credit card 10% total no churing walk in walk out. I just purchased 900 6x 150 packs for 810 easy money

Just keep in mind that the Freedom card has a cap of $1500 spend that you are able to earn the 5% bonus cash back each quarter ($75 cash back).

BJ's has Disney gift cards. The $100 ones are $96 (95.99?) I believe, so then you would get an additional 5% from Chase Freedom (95.99*.05= 4.80) so the total discount on that $100 card would be about $8.80.

yup Bj's and Sams club- up to $1500 per card account=$75 back (or in my case travel points)

I think what the original poster means is that chase freedom has warehouse clubs as their 5% category for the next two quarters and they are going to convert that savings to a Gift card. I don't think they offer a Disney GC, however you can always cash in for a Best Buy and buy a Disney GC with it.

I think she wants to use her Chase Freedom to buy Disney gift cards at a discount at Sam's (possible) or at Costco (not possible). She was going to shop with her DD who has a Costco membership. She was/is going to capitalize on the 5% at warehouse clubs this quarter.

Meijer has $3 off the next purchase for every $50 in gift cards, use a cash back credit card and that helps too. I think the limit is $500.
Kroger continues to be the best for us personally. We use 31 gallons of gas per fill up-so a $250 Disney card nets a $31 discount on fuel when they run 4x fuel points. We put the $250 charge on a card to get another $2.50 cash back.

not sure what pp plans to do with with 5% extra, but I convert mine into travel reward points so it's like getting an extra 5% off whatever other discount I'm finding (usually 25% when booking thru their travel site,add another 5%= at least 30% discount)
