Hi,
We called Costco to possible book rooms, but we were told that all staterooms that don't have have verandas were already booked. I look on the DCL website and it says that there are still staterooms without a veranda available. Does this mean that all the costco non-veranda staterooms really are all booked or does Costco slow release the rooms?

Costco isn't 'slow releasing' anything. There aren't "Costco non-verandah staterooms" anymore than there are "BJ's non-verandah rooms" or "Dreams Unlimited non-verandah staterooms". Everyone is pulling from the same inventory.
It is possible that either inventory changed after you called Costco, or that while there are staterooms available, due to life boat constraints they can only put 2 people in the room and you are wanting to put 3-4 in. (Or there are just glitches in the reservation system.)

You could ask Costco's agent to get DCL on the line to find out what rooms are really available. Or, book the room you want on the DCL website and transfer it to Costco afterward (works, as long as you're not using a placeholder).

Or ask for a supervisor. If you're seeing it on line, then they are there.
