Self parking at the theme parks is $20 per day (no weekly rates). Disney Resort Guests and Annual Pass holders get free self parking at the theme parks.

Thanks! Do you know if I pay for parking at mk then go to hs the same day, do I need to pay twice or is it similar to a park hopper that once I have paid I can go to any parking lot.

You pay the mouse once per day. After you have paid to park at one park, then keep your paperwork (i.e., receipt), and present it at the second park as proof of payment, and you will not need to pay a second time.

Some parks also offer a $35 preferred parking option.
