We are going in December 2014 with a large group for a week. We are Florida Residents but for the time we are going all resident ticket options are blacked out so we have to go with a non-resident ticket.

The cost of a 6-day ticket is $796 (for 2 adults) with park hopper option. For that kind of money we were thinking of making another trip sometime in 2015. We looked at the annual pass and that is $1,350. Again this seems a bit too much for just one additional trip.

I was then thinking of purchasing a 10-day ticket with the never expire option but they do not list that option price online. The 10-day ticket is less than a $100 more than the 6-day ticket. We would just then need to add the cost of the never expire option. This way we could go into the parks for 5-6 days in December and then 4-5 days in 2015.

Does anyone know the cost of the never expire ticket option for a 10 day ticket?

The cost of a 10-day no-expiry MYW base ticket is $739.11 (adult) and $717.81 (child).

The cost of adding no-expiry to a 10-day pass will be the difference between the price of a 10-day base ticket - $377.01 (adult) and $355.71 (child) - and cost of a ticket with the same number of days with the no-expiry option. All you need to do is get out your calculator.

WOW!! Thanks to both you. Those prices are insane!!

The no-expiration option only makes sense if you're going to make at least three trips, and not all within 12 months. The annual pass is a better deal if you're going multiple times in a year, and separate tickets make more sense if your trips are 5 days or more each.

You are absolutely right! I bought 10 day no expire hoppers with Waterpark Fun for my family 3 or 4 price increases ago. We have used them on one trip so far and will use them for 2 more trips in the future. It is a big cash outlay up front, but in the long run it is the cheapest way for us get tickets. We take week long trips every two years-ish so APs won't work for us. Buying tickets for each trip would cost more.

What ever you choose try to get your tickets from undercover tourist. Ticket prices are a little less then disney plus include taxes and shipping to you.

Good luck and have a nice trip.
