Cost of Dance Floor

What is the cost of a dance floor or is it included with the price of the DJ(which I highly doubt! )

We were quoted $400 for a dance floor in living seas. I'm not sure if the cost changes based on the venue.

I'd venture a guess that if your event is in a ballroom or space that already has a dance floor, there is no cost for the dance floor (this was the case for us, our reception being in a ballroom). If the space you're having your reception in does not have a dance floor, I suspect you will pay for it to be brought in, either as part of a more expensive DJ package or a standalone charge.

Living Seas is the exception because of the remote location. However, many receptions happen there without a dance floor, people do dance on the carpet.

Just got done with our wedding which we had the reception at the Grand Floridian ballroom. Dance floor was included with DJ package.. However we did quote Disney for the "twinkle light" dance floor which came in at about 5,000..
