Cost of connections vouchers?

I'm trying to decide if they'll be worth it for us. We would probably get a bunch of breakfast ones, a few Q&C, and one or two lunches. I would rather buy them from someone I trusted (like this board) but we're not going till Oct. We will be two adults and a 1 yr old, wh'll probably go to a ton of character meals! Did you find using them provided savings, or you just ordered more than you would normally eat? We usually do character meals and counter service, but no deserts. Thanks!

IMHO, the Q&C vouchers are the best deal, IF you use them right. That is, check the prices of the meals prior to ordering. I know that they are a deal at the Cantina de San Angel if you order the combination plate. It costs $14 and change by itself. With the voucher, a cost of $11.25, you get the meal, a drink, and a churro (excuse me while I do a Homer Simpson...OH, CHURROS [slober, slober, slober]) Anyway, DW, DD, and I split one combination meal, and it was plenty for us. We may have ordered a side of rice and beans, I can't remember. Also, the vouchers are a great deal at Flame Tree BBQ or at the Tusker House in AK. Again the combo meals there are about $14 and change. The Breakfast Feature vouchers are good for character meals but not so good for regular sit-down breakfasts. One thing to remember when comparing the costs of cash v. voucher is that the voucher includes tax and tip. Since I've never used the lunch ones, I can't help you there. HTH.

I think the price of Q&C's have gone up along with the other vouchers.
