Cost of 2 bed at VB

Does anyone know the rate for a 2 bedroom for Vero Beach for Presidents week? We are planning on going with another family but want to split the cost, we'll use points but then I want them to reimburse us the going rate for their two nights. We are going for 4 nights total.

It all depends. Do you want them to reimburse you the rack rate or what they would be able to get the room for at a discount?

It looks like the cost of the 2br villa at that time is $575.

Thanks. I think I'm going to charge them $10 a point so it would be $660 I think that's fair since it would cost them that much if they paid half w/tax.

Hi.

For what it's worth, I think $10 is more than fair for them to pay. Very nice of you also to do the leg-work for them. They're getting a very good value at a top-notch place.
