cost more for fantasmic dining package?

When looking for reservations, does it cost any more to book with the fantasmic package? Is a fast pass for fantasmic better than the seating for the dining package. I'm just confused????

Yes, the F! package will cost more at Hollywood & Vine than the dinner. At MM and HBD, it depends on what you would otherwise order.

The F! dining package seats are better than the FP+ seats.

Yes the dining package seats are the middle section of the amphitheater, the FP+ is everything to the left of that, and standby is everything to the right of that.

Do you have the DDP? If so, the F! package is one credit at MM and H&V (same as without the package) which makes it a great deal!

We have quick service but were looking for a sit down meal and noticed the F packages and wasn't sure if you paid more for those and how much vs just a regular reservation and getting a fast pass.

The main difference between a regular table service + fast pass and the package is the pricing. If you book reservations + fast pass you can order whatever you want and just pay a la carte. For the F! package it is a set price with appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic drink (or buffet at Hollywood and Vine). The packages cost between $45 and $63 per adult and $18 and $33 per child.

Decision making factors:
1. Do you need the fast passes for anything else? I have not tried but have read that it is easy to get Fantasmic FP's easily for your fourth later in the day
2. Would you want to eat all three courses at your meal? Some of the cut off times for the F! packages mean you are eating a late lunch or very early dinner

I would check out the menus to see how it would work for you paying OOP. As noted above the seating is slightly different but I have not really had a bad seat for the show.
