Cost for taxi from Boardwalk to CB?

I'm trying to figure out the least expensive way for my BIL's to buy some water/soda/beer to bring back to their room at CB. I'm thinking to suggest they go to the Hess station outside of BW and take a taxi back to their room at CB.

Also, does anyone know what they do sell at the Hess station? Cases of water, soda, beer?
