cost for cp dinners or lunches?

How much do they upcharge the restaurants for CP? I don't know if I want to pay any extra for a spot if I can get one for free. I don't really care where I sit.

We want to go to Biergarten anyway, so I'm booking lunch and then I was going to try and line up for one of the shows. Just curious how much it might cost our family of 5 to get a reserved spot and if its worth it.

I've been wondering this too! What is the price difference between the different "tiers?" Also, does anyone remember which restaurants from last year were in which tiers? Just trying to do some advance planning/budgeting for when the CP dinner package is available.

Prices range from $32.99 (lunch @ the lowest tier) to $62.99 (dinner @ the highest tier) per person (adult).

Allears doesn't show which place/which tier. I know Tutto Italia & Le Cellier are in the highest. Not sure about others - it's probably here on wdwinfo as well if you search for it.

But don't make the assumption that you can definitely get a seat without it - depending on the date, narrator, etc., sometimes people line up many many hours in advance for standby seating. Even with the package, we had to get in that line 45 minutes in advance and we were way back in the package line. It's not just about where you sit, you may not get in at all.

Totally agree with Vicki_c. Best case scenario you will wait in line for at least a couple of hours, worst case - you wont get in at all. If you have your heart set on watching CP I would book a package, if money is an issue then just make sure to try any and all CP performances while you are at WDW.
