Over $110/pt for BCV (100 points), seem too high? Nothing banked.

Imo yes. BLT is going for that or a little more and it's got 45 more years left (vs 27) plus way lower maint fees.

Look at the rofr thread for recent paid prices. But I just think that's a very steep price relative to the other resorts.
