We ate there when we wanted a burger on the last trip. Pecos Bill was always the best but after the revamped menu we were told to try it here. It wasn’t half bad. Not as good as pecos but definitely better than a lot of other spots. I’m a fan.

Pecos Bill's still has a couple burgers, just FYI. The taco burger is great.

I find it interesting about peoples varied opinions on dining at WDW. The Dis Dining Podcast slammed Ray's for terrible food. Especially as they compared it to Disneyland quick service. The last time I ate there I had a decent turkey sandwich.

Comparing it to Disneyland's QS is just unfair. Disneyland QS is overall a step above MK's.

Cosmic Ray's holds a special place in my heart as I was college program castmember there during the summer of 2000. I don't know that there is a worse college program work location, but we all made the best of it and had a great summer. I always liked the food, especially with the toppings bar. Sad that they got rid of the cheesesteak sandwich and the cheese sauce on the condiment bar. Probably better for the castmembers though, you'd be surprised how difficult it is to keep those condiment bars stocked and clean with the constant flow of guest. I was there on 1/26/18 and had the hotdog and fries and thought it was as good as I would expect from any other WDW quick service.

We love it. Really preferred our food here to what we got at Pecos Bill but then again I got a chicken sandwich & fries here, and a chicken salad at Pecos Bill so maybe that's why

You can't beat a QS with an audio animatronic IMHO.

We've only eaten there once, but we enjoyed it. It's not my favorite QS meal, but it's not bad (and the fact that there are plenty of seats and air conditioning made it a godsend on a sweltering September afternoon). My husband is not an adventurous eater, so he prefers places like Cosmic Ray's where he can get a basic burger. I think Sonny Eclipse is fun, and he's a good distraction for kids if they finish eating before the adults.

The cast members were absolutely fantastic. My husband had taken our kids to find a table while I got the food, and while I was getting ketchup, I accidentally knocked my chicken sandwich on the floor. As I was trying to clean up the mess, a CM came over and asked what I'd had, told me not to worry about cleaning it up, and put in a rush order for a new sandwich.

I agree about the cast members. They were helping people with trays and finding seats over MLK weekend. They were so kind.

Cosmic Ray's will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was the first QS we ever ate at MK on our first trip to WDW. We still go there sometimes. Depending on what we have a taste for.

We ate there for the first time on our last trip. We ended up eating there twice. We enjoyed the bbq sandwiches & the mango gelatto. Unfortunately, the gelatto is no longer served there. We plan to go there again on our trip this June. I think all bays having the same menu will help move the lines along. I liked having the toppings bar. DH likes his sandwiches plain & it saved him having to make special requests. I like lots of extras and I enjoyed having more choices.

I love Cosmic Ray's.

This is my comfort food, air conditioned, wonderful entertainment, spacey place.

I come here for the chicken "nuggets" and fries. They are both fantastic.

There is lots of space inside and you feel like you can just chill out.

Sonny Eclipse is so much fun and I could sit and listen to him forever. He's that Disney old school magic.
