Cosco for Brisbane

For those who haven't heard -it has been confirmed that the 4th Cosco for Aus is being built at North Lakes (rumoured since 2010)-thought I'd post for any SE Queenslanders who are interested.

well great. northlakes is nowhere near me but my mum will love it. it's right near her, and she is a fanatic for bulk buy bargains

I think there is a lot of hype surrounding these openings! That said, I would take the drive to see what it was like. Bulk buying is not my thing, unfortunately, but if there are other bargains to be had - why not! I mean, we drive to Ikea at Logan don't we??!!
I am on the southside, but I'd like to see what all the fuss is about!!

We've been to the one in Sydney a couple of times. We're not really bulk buyers either but both times we've come home with a few bargains.

If the opening of the Brisbane one is anything like Sydney you won't be able to get near the place for the first few weeks. The crowds and traffic were scary!
