Cortisone Injections- SIDE EFFECTS

I am going for my fist ever cortisone injections on Monday in both feet for Plantar Fascitis. ANywho I have read that some people get side effects like, face reddening, sore throats, etc...Has anyone ever got any weird side effects after the shots.???

I have had cortisone shots in both knees several times. The first time I did not notice anything except quite a bit of relief but the second time, My body flushed quite pink for the whole next day. I looked like I had a bit of sunburn. But it settled down by the second day and the injection was worth it. Good luck!! While you are getting your shot, go to your "Happy Place at WDW".

I've had them in my shoulder and I didn't have any side effects, really. But I'll warn you that the two days or so after the shot were the most my shoulder has ever hurt. It was pretty miserable. And then it was all better and it did help a lot. But those two days were tough.
