We're planning on using TTC for the first time in November. In past months, when I e-mailed them a question or change in our ressie, I always received an e-mail back from them.
Well, our flights were cancelled so I e-mailed them our new itinerary. That was several weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back from them.
I know I can go ahead and call them, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed any change in their service or response time over the past few months?
