Corporate discounts - not conventions???

My husband said we can get disney discounts through his company. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten a package through their or their spouses' company--not for a convention, but for a personal vacation. I can't imagine that the pricing would be much better than say AAA on packages because their discounts on employee park tickets aren't that great, I could do better with ticketmania.

Is this for a whole vacation Package or just tickets
My company offers a ticket discount for WDW and it is better than AAA or the Pre Buy discount that WDW offers but no hotel discounts.

It depends what company it is. If he is entitled to interline rates it could be considerably lower.
I also remember hearing if your company was a sponser of Disney you could get discounts (not sure if its tickets or hotel) I know Fedex had an attraction, etc.

I could get either just tickets, where the discount is not that substantial or I could get a quote from them on a whole package, tickets, dining, etc. It is a company that previously sponsored some major Disney attractions, but I'm not sure if they are currently partnered with disney on any attractions/shows/fireworks,etc. I guess I should just request a quote from them to see what the pricing is like, but I tend to like making my own reservations and that has kept me from using a travel agent or AAA to make reservations for me. Not sure what kind of travel agent situation I'd be getting into with the corporate discount.

When we went last year, I bought tickets through my employer. I think it was a 12% discount off the regular ticket prices. Not a huge discount, but it was the best price we could find. Lower than Ticketmania, AAA, and others. But as far as I know, there weren't any package discounts.
