Coronado VS All-stars resort

Doesn't the busses go to all three All Star resorts a lot of the time?

Nope. In all our stays at an All Star, we shared a bus a total of 3 times. They were all in the middle of the day and each bus has 4-8 people other than us.

If you're not going to be at the resort much, then save your $$ and stay at a value.
For our family, POP has become our goto resort, and we are a family of 4 and do not have an issue with the room size and it has been a LOT better now that they have a murphy bed that folds up into the wall, it really opens up the room.
We also really like CSR and, to us, the multiple bus stops is no big deal.

My vote would be to stay at the All Stars and save the $$$. Transportation is much the same or even possibly better at the All Stars. The room is slightly smaller, but it has everything that you need and is comfortable. The food court is fine in a pinch and you say that you plan to spend most of your time in the parks. I would pick my preferred All Star theme and look at prices. If either one was cheaper, that is the one that I would book unless I had a very strong theme preference. I would only pay for preferred rooms at All Star Music.
