We are staying at Coronado Springs in Sept and I am trying to find out if there are mini fridges in all rooms?

My Fiance is diabetic and so we need a small fridge to store his insulin

On the website I can't see them listed in the room amenities but i have seen people report that they have had one so I'm not really sure.

We are just in a regular room.

For any-one who has stayed there did you have a mini fridge?

I did e-mail Disney to request one, but apparently I e-mailed a general reservations department and would have to phone Coronado Springs direct on a US number to make any requests? is this right??

All resorts have fridges in them now. There was a period last year where they had a recall and had to remove and then replace them over the span of several months. I believe that the room descriptions had the reference to the fridge as standard removed, and it looks like they have never updated them.

It is a small fridge, no ice box, two main shelves in the main cavity and storage space in the door which will hold 2x 2L soda bottles with no problem.

Thank-you. It has put my mind at rest. Sounds ideal as we don't need it to be too big.

As a side note, CSR is a lovely resort.

:goodvibes I can't wait to see it, especially at night as it looks quite romantic in the pictures I've seen (or maybe that's just me hee hee).

Yep it's nice walking round the lake - DH & I loved it when we were a couple :)

I agree it is very pretty. We got a pizza one night to take away from pepper market and sat near the outside bar with a drink, it was lovely :)

Thanks for the info. When I booked online though Disney there was an opportunity to request extras for the room but fridge was not an option. I was nervous we wouldn't have one.
