Hi there.

I have heard quite a bit about POR fitting 5 in a room ....

since Coronado Springs is also moderate, can it also fit 5 in a room ?

My cousin has 3 kids but also going with another family of 5 and they
were thinking of booking adjoining rooms at Coronado springs...

I am not familiar and have not seen many threads on CS..

thanks for any info.

Unless you have an infant, I believe that only 4 are allowed in CSR rooms.

I thought that 5 people were allowed in POR rooms, I didn't know about CSR. If they are handled the same way, then the answer is a trundle bed. The 5th person (hopefully a child) would sleep on the trundle bed that pops out from under one of the others.

thanks for the info..

Are there any other moderates that will accept 5 to a room ? or is
it just POR then ??

If the child is under 3 or 3 and under, I always get that one mixed up, then you can stay at any of the mods. If your child is over 3, then POR is the only option in the mod category unless you went to a suite at CSR (which is the only mod to offer suites).

Hi! POR is the only mod to sleep 5 (the 5th sleeps on a trundle bed). All mods allow a 5th person if it's a child under age 3.

thank you !
I will have to pass this info on... maybe booking a suite at CS is
the way to go ...

5 in a room is a bit much. When looking at suite prices, it may make some sense just to book two standard adjoining rooms for each family. If there is concern about the children being alone, leave the adjoining room door open.

Make sure you request CONNECTING rooms and not ADJOINING rooms. Adjoining may be next to each other and not with a door between.

We did connecting rooms at CSR in Jan 2007 for our family of 5 and it worked out great. Lots of room, two bathrooms, a great pool and a beautiful resort!
