Coronado Springs to Hollywood Studios for rope drop?

Hi all. I’ve searched and it seems Uber to Speedway gas station is the best way to get to HS ahead of official park opening. Is this still the case or do you have any additional suggestions for efficient and reliable transportation from CS? Buses have not been reliable past 2 days.
