Coronado Springs Things to do if you are alone...

Hello,
I will be staying at Coronado Springs alone for 3 days in May. I am wondering if anyone has tips for things to do there that are perfect for a single (married) guest.

Drinking a Pina Colada and reading a good book at the pool sounds perfect to me. Go kind of early one day and get yourself a nice chair.
