Coronado Springs QS Dining - What time?

Trying to work out when places start serving food at Coronado Springs. I know the food court (El Mercano) does early but was looking to vary where I dine on the days I'm staying at the pool in the morning so was trying to work out if I can go to any of the others. Laguna shows it opens at 11am so I'm assuming it starts serving food then but Seista's Cantina is showing 9am opening. Would it serve food from 9am onwards or would this start later?

Thanks for this. Because on the official site it said 9 am and didn't show the breakfast menu I wasn't sure whether this was still something they did or not and so wasn't 100% sure on the timings.

There are new places opening in the newly built tower which opens in July. They have new breakfast options in there.
They have a good grab and go which is good for a quick snack.

I wonder if they will making adjustments for the upcoming 6am park openings...

Is there supposed to be more than one dining place inside the tower? I know that Toledo will be opening on the top, but didn't know if there was another.

I'm really looking forward to the new one out on the water!

We have been staying at Coronado Springs since right before they knocked down the building(s) to build the tower. Over the past couple of years, we have watched it being built and will be staying there next month after it opens. Was a pretty neat to see it go up.

I agree about the grab and go. It's a pretty good place for a light breakfast/snack.

I think it’s three new places they are opening in the tower
We saw them starting off the tower and are heading there in October and I can’t wait to see it finished. We have booked for dinner in Toledo
