Coronado Resort Questions

My best friend and her family are traveling sort of together-but-separate from us on our upcoming sorta-joint trip. They're staying at CSR and I'm putting in a room request for them via Touring Plans (yes, I know no guarantees but we've had great luck with them in the past and figure it can't hurt). I haven't stayed there before so I'm not sure what type of room to look for. I *think* they have a standard room (she isn't sure), and her only request really is to be close to the bus stop.

Looking at the map, I'm wondering what the current order of bus stops is and if there is anything else important to consider that I'm not thinking of? Or any rooms to try to steer clear of?

Every "village" has a bus stop so you are never really far from a bus stop. They may have changed the order but it used to be First stop #2 which is Casitas bldg 4, 2nd stop Rancheros, 3rd Cabanas and 4th Tower. There is a thread for CSR where they might list them and they have a map.

You'll definitely need to know what type of room they have booked since making the request for a type they don't have will potentially mess things up badly.

Assuming they have a standard view, Casitas building 4 is great! You're practically guaranteed a seat and won't have a full bus drive past when traveling outbound. It's the first stop when traveling back to the resort. Those few minutes at the end of the night when you get out first before the other stops feels amazing.

I would let them handle this themselves, they can easily add it to their reservation. You are trying to make room requests and you don't even know what type of room they have reserved.

The stops as of this week are coming back from.parks: #2 Casitas, #3 Ranchos, #4 Cabanas, #1 Tower
