Coronado or Swan? Mid April

My husband and I are going to Disney for the first time alone since we had the kids.
4 nights. 3 days in the park.
Price is about the same.
THoughts?

I would go with the Swan. It will be much nicer and an easy walk or boat ride to Epcot and HS.

I think I vote Swan. Better walkable options to two parks (assuming EP and/or DHS are in your park plans) and dining.

I do like CSR quite a bit too and have stayed there on an adults only weekend, but it’s hard to beat the location advantages of an Epcot resort.

10,000% Swan (or Dolphin) w/o kids. Not even close. And not a knock against CSR at all.

Gran Destino is every bit as nice as Swan/Dolphin... Location, however, would win this time so I would stay at the EPCOT area hotel.

Gran Destino is actually nicer IOO, but if you are talking the regular rooms at CSR I'd go with the Swan/Dolphin.
My wife and I use Uber to get to the parks in the mornings and it's less than 5 minutes to HS, Epcot and AK being it's right between all 3. So the location thing is not that big needle mover for us. I can either walk 15 minutes or spend $10.00 and ride in an A/C car to HS in 5 minutes? I'm going with the latter. Ha Same with Epcot, you can walk or take a boat, but it drops you off at the back of the park in WS and we want to be in the front of the park, so you take a 10 minute walk to the WS entrance and then take another 10 minutes to get to the attractions at the front of the park. Again, I'll take the 5 minute car ride to the front of the park instead. Ha

Swan but make sure to get a room with a balcony. Otherwise, the rooms can seem kinda stuffy.

Two of my favorite resorts! But I would go with the Swan for how close it is to Epcot and the Boardwalk. Lots of food options.
