I posted these on the main CSR resort thread a few days ago, but thought I would share them on the picture thread as well. While we were WAY out in Rancheros (Standard, 6A), I have to admit the room view and surroundings were so beautiful that it helped ease the pain of the distance to El Centro. Having a rental car helped with that as well.

I was at CSR last week and never made out to Ranchos. Thanks for posting pics of Ranchos. Next time I'm there I'll make it a priority to get over to Ranchos. I spent most of my time at a conference or in my room in Casitas or at the parks so I missed out on the Ranchos experience.

I stayed at Coronado in February 2012. There was a fabulous discount and that was the only reason we picked this resort. It was nice, but neither my mom nor I really loved it. However, I took a lot of pictures!

I was absolutely enchanted with the Port Cochere!

We booked a Preferred Room, and requested an upper floor corner room. Neither of our requests were met. Our assigned room was 1165, so Casitas Building 1, first floor, middle of the hall.

The view from our room was a nice little courtyard.

Can anyone tell me if CSR has refrigerators or even "coolers" like on DCL in the room?

We were just there this past October (stayed in Building 5) and there was a fridge in our room. We had stayed at POR the last couple times, as well as the other two moderates over the years and wanted to try this one, as we hadn't before. We all loved it (my dh and I, my two daughters 8 and 12). Definitely want to stay here again!

The only thing I regret is not staying here sooner. My kids loved the pool and the whole atmosphere of the resort.
