Yes, some crazy Yankee was out swimming in it. The temp was in the 30s with a wind chill near freezing. No freaking way any sane Southerner (or especially Floridian) would be caught dead swimming in that! (Mostly because if we tried we probably would die...):

I was wondering if it was possible to do this...
I have a 'basket' of things for oue friends from Scotland who will be staying at the french quarter. Is there a way to get them to send it over to their room? They will be there the same times we are and it beats meeting them, and they lugging things through the park.

I need some help fellow CSR fans.
We arrive Sept 27th. we have some friends staying at the FQ and I have 2 gift bags of sorts that I would like ideally to be delivered there. What is the fastest, cheapest, best way to do this? I don't want to meet up with them in the parks and then they have to carry these things home kwim? Plus the element of surprise is always fun!

Loved this resort! It was pretty quiet too. We were there September 2009 and had an amazing time!
