Corner room at saratoga

What is the benefits/difference in having a corner room? Making my requests for room and wondered if it's worth putting corner room? Any other suggestions for rooms at saratoga?

Are the corner rooms bigger?
2 adults and 2 kids (6&4) will have car so doesn't matter about bus stop. Will be walking to dtd

I have never stayed at SSR but have toured the rooms. I believe all the rooms are the same size and layout because the studios are actually part of a 2 bedroom lock off villa.

Corner rooms at the mods are different as that's where they have their external windows. In the DVC resorts the external windows are the balcony doors :thumbsup

We have stayed in a corner room and it wasnt any bigger than a normal room that i noticed. Although i would say it it had a bit more noise.

With a room in the middle, people only walm past outside the front door. But with a corner room they are walming past two walls of your accomodation. In our case they were walking past the head of the bed and we had a few noisy people on our last stay. It wasnt enough to put me off a corner room but i wouldnt personally request one.

Last time we personally requested the padfock area as my kids love that pool

What's the best way of putting through a room request ?

I put a request in over the phone when a cm asked if I wanted to bad then put it on again when I could do online check in
