Would a corn dog that cost $3.99 be classified as a snack credit?

If you are talking about the corn dog nuggets at Caseys Corner, they are 4.19 and you cannot use a snack credit for them.

No, I was looking at allears menus and at Westward Ho Refreshments in Frontierland at MK, it said corndogs $3.99. I was just curious. DS could eat that for lunch and save a CS credit.
