Core Rythyms

Has anyone tired Core Rythyms? Like it? Hate it? Worth the money? Was it fun? Did you lose?

I keep seeing the informercial and it is screaming out to me to order it. It looks fun, and I have always wanted to learn some latin dance moves.

So tell me the truth on it.

Yep I have it.
It is VERY HARD to follow. They jump from movement to movement very fast.
The instructors do not set you up for the next movement well at all and they are very hard to understand. I know the same was said about the Original ZUMBA tapes. I have both and love my Zumba tapes. After watching the Core ones numerous times I still have a hard time switching movements when they do.

So unless you are a dance person that is WELL versed in latin dance - try Zumba instead.

ACK! I bought it. I wish I would have seen your post before I did. Well, I already opened it. I haven't started it yet, but I bought it. I will let you all know how it goes.

You must try ZUMBA...

See if you can find a Zumba class near where you live... it is usually an hour long class that has latin dance... salsa...cumbia... cha-cha...etc set to latin music...very aerobic...

Very invigorating for the mind body and spirit... you can look it up on the internet...Zumba Fitness... and on You tube...

My core exercise is Curves for the week and then I go and do Zumba once a week... wow... I will tell you this you sweat... soaking wet... great fun...
