I have recently seen the infomercial for "Core Rhythms" . It is based on latin style dancing. It looks like fun, plus also looks to be easy on the joints, with fabulous results!

I have about 15-20lbs to lose, which may not seem to be much, however I am barely 5'2, and have gone from a comfy size 3 up to size 8.

Also to add I am approaching age 42, and have chronic pain, including knee/back/neck pain from my 20yrs being a nurse.

Yesterday was my last day of work (until I go to camp end of July). I have 2 weeks before we leave for vacation, so I absolutely can NOT wait 4-6 wks to receive an order. I have a glider type exerciser, and also a pilates machine, but I when I restart exercising, I'm usually in too much pain after the first day, that I do not continue.

Ok, going to weigh and measure and START this journey TODAY.

Gosh, didn't mean to make this a long post.....HELP!! :sad1:

Sorry, I have not seen the infomercial. I think that it does indeed sound like fun and anything fun will make you want to continue doing it. I'm all for whatever movement you can get going.

Is this available to try at a library near you? Perhaps that might be a way to help you decide.

Let us know.

I haven't seen the infomercial either but you can try eBay, Half.com, and some malls have those "As Seen on TV Stores", you might find it in one of those places and be able to get it faster.

Thanks for the replies.

Now to add a tickerfactory to my name.
