Can anyone tell me about the Mushroom (Lobster-style) Salad: Wild Mushrooms, Hearts of Palm, Tomato, Avocado Purée, Lavash Crisp from Coral Reef. I don't understand what "lobster style" meals.

I have not tried this but found pictures of it easily online. It is listed as a vegan option. You may be able to find reviews of the dish online.
