All seats have a view of the aquarium, but I would recommend getting a booth near the front. Sometimes it works to mention to the host/hostess that you are willing to wait for one.
We eat at the Coral Reef each trip. The restaurant is tiered so all the seats have a nice view. There are tables right up against the glass but I found that I prefer to sit back mid-restaurant to get a better 'panoramic' view.
