Coral Reef Question

Could I make a PS for the Coral Reef at about 8:45 p.m. or does the resteraunt close when the park closes? What if there is Extra Magic Hours? Would appreciate if someone can help!

I know the restaurants stay open after park close but doubt they make ressies toward the end of the night. They will continue to serve those already inside. WDW dining would be the place to check as stated before.
