This is how I proposed to my soon to be Wife(diver, menu and some extra Disney magic). I called the restaurant directly and talked to the person that could help me set up everything. She also gave me her personal e-mail (for work).

I would call and talk to someone.

I sent Debbi and e-mail, she replied the next day asking me to send my pictures, and then I had no further communications with Coral Reef or anything. I sent an e-mail about a week later to confirm, no response. I then got so busy trying to get ready that I never followed up - so I went into Coral Reef last Friday not knowing if I would have the menu or not. Low and behold, it was there waiting for us!!!!! Not the original wording I had requested, but still there and a nice surprise for the kids.

Congrats, I was able to get both for DS's bday in Dec and Debbi was so nice and helpful. Hope you have a great trip.
