I emailed Debbi the pix for the personalized menu and i haven't heard back from her. I am wondering if i got her email address right. Can someone please PM her email address?

Call her on the phone. Evidently she doesn't want a ton of emails. I would imagine that with all the DISers sending so many emails, things are going to go astray once in awhile. If you have an idea that something went astray, then call to see if they got the email, rather than sending another one.

I never talked with Debbie, I talked with Reginald. I emailed him the pics the day before we left and he said that was no problem. I had left one message at the CR and Reginald called me back about a week later. He was very nice.

I have a question I am not so sure about, is there really a Coral Reef Personalized Menu?

Hi,

I'm new to the board. I'm visiting Disney for the 1st time in April 08. I read threads about the personalized menu/diver. I contacted Coral Reef today and spoke to Louie. I was advised in 08- they may charge for this service. No add'l info was given. I was instructed to call back Mid- Dec for more details. However, I was told diving times are 12-130 and 5-7pm ..

I have also heard they may start charging for the diver and/or the menu. The internet is a wonderful thing but man, it sure bogged down the folks at the CR!!! All of a sudden, everyone had to have a diver and/or a special menu. So did I....I was part of the frenzy. I guess they were a victim of their own success.

I have spoken with Debbi at CR and she has said the personalised menus will continue as a free service next year, but most likely the will be a cost involved for the diver, they will also limit the amount of divers per day.

I have organised the menus for Jan and she has asked me to contact her again in Dec about the divers, but at this stage they are not booking the divers for 2008.

Do you have the phone number to use to call for the CR - I am traveling with our school band in Febraury and have schedule a dinner for the chaperones at the CR.... would love to do this for them..... none of the other chaperones have ever been to Disney..... I am so excited to plan a few surprises like this for them........

I posted a few days ago about contacting Debbi. She and I spoke on the phone and arranged everything and I emailed her pictures almost two weeks ago and no response. I am afraid that my pictures may have been too big and the email was dumped into her junk mail (she indicated that this might happen). Does anyone know how big the picture files should be? or what is too big?

Would someone mind emailing me to double-check her email address too? I tried to PM and email on this forum but I keep getting an error message. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to see what these personalized menus look like? What are they, exactly? Are they just the food you ordered and it is on a personalized menu? Thanks for any info.
